Joe was in attendance for the inaugural Breaking the Barrier in 1999 and discusses his experience at the event and what it meant for independent wrestling at the time. Joe and Kevin discuss some highlights of the card, including what matches they’re most looking forward to, and which competitors they think can make the most of being on such a platform.
