JUly 27, 2017 UPDATE: WCPW put out the following statedment:

After reading this, there doesn’t seem to be any change in Youtube policy. Several promotions we reached out to all had the same response. That there has been a nominal increase in Youtube revenue but not enough to make anyone suspect a change is coming.

WCPW put out a video that stated their Loaded show would be returning. Back in April WCPW along with many others including Beyond Wrestling, CZW, and AIW were hugely affected when Youtube placed ‘Pro Wrestling’ on a restricted category where they would not receive ad revenue for their content. WCPW seems to be implying that this has been reversed. We spoke with Beyond Wrestling’s Drew Cordeiro about this and he stated (on a podcast you can listen to HERE) that he has seen a very small uptick in revenue but nothing to the levels it was at.

No confirmation yet from Youtube either or other wrestling promotions but we will be reaching out and updating this article as needed. Hopefully there has been a change and pro wrestling promotions can earn more for their content. You can check out the WCPW video below.

Details released by WCPW:

WCPW Loaded will return on Thursday, August 3rd, at 8pm on WhatCulture Extra.

The show will stream for free on Twitch on Fridays – also at 8pm – before finally being uploaded to YouTube on Saturdays.

The first episode of the return of Loaded will see Swords of Essex (Will Ospreay & Scott Wainwright) defend their WCPW Tag Team titles against the debuting War Machine, while Marty Scurll goes one-on-one with Kyle O’Reilly. Alex Gracie takes on a mystery opponent, with Joe Hendry, Martin Kirby, Rampage, Gabriel Kidd, Primate and more all set to be in action.

Loaded will air again on August 10th and 17th, with the Pro Wrestling World Cup Quarter Finals in Manchester then set to air on August 24th. Loaded will then continue on August 31st.

Future taping dates are set to be announced in the coming days.
