Hello friends and welcome to the home stretch. Each block only has 3 shows left. It seems like Block B is coming down to Omega/Okada which should come as a surprise to nobody, but Block A seems very much up for grabs.

Winners: Okada and Yano at 5:21. Yano pulled Takahashi down by the hair then rolls him up for 3.

Kota Ibushi 6 vs. Yuji Nagata 0

It’s still hard to believe that Yuji Nagata and his 0 wins would make him in the running for G1 MVP but hey it’s all predetermined so I guess it doesn’t matter. Nagata and Ibushi had a great match which was really hard hitting. Nagata hits the Backdrop hold from out of nowhere but Ibushi kicks out. Ibushi comes back with the Last Ride powerbomb and Nagata just kicks out. Ibushi then drills Nagata in the chest with a knee for the win.

Winner: Kota Ibushi at 15:54.

Bad Luck Fale 6 vs. Tomohiro Ishii 8

This was a solid back and forth match with tons of hard hitting and stiff shots. Ishii tries to submit Fale but ale is too long and gets to the ropes. Fale hit the Grenade but opted not go to the pin. Ishii took back momentum but Fale hit a spear followed by the Bad Luck Fall.

Winner: Bad Luck Fale at 11:59.

Yoshi-Hashi 4 vs. Hirooki Goto 6

This match was fine but nothing too special, just a strong back and forth action. Goto escaped the Karma and hit the GTR for the win.

Winner: Hirooki Goto at 11:26.

Tetsuya Naito 8 vs. Zack Sabre Jr. 8 with El Desperado

Naito got control early and frustrated Sabre but Sabre was able to take over after countering the slingshot dropkick from the corner. Sabre worked the arm of Naito for most of the match. Naito manages to escape the Octopus stretch and turn it into a roll up for 2. Naito then hits Destino for the win in what was a very good mstch.

Winner: Tetsuya Naito at 14:20.

Togi Makabe 6 vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi 8

Towards the end of the match the fans were really getting into the match. There was a great spot where Tanahashi was about to unload some strikes but first gave Makabe the double birds. Makabe absorbs the punches then nails a big lariat. Makabe goes for the King Kong Knee Drop but Tanahashi moves. Makabe tries that middle rope German suplex but Tanahashi slips free and hits a German to Makabe for just 1. Tanahashi then hits the High Fly Flow cross body then the High Fly Flow splash for the win. Really good match.

Winner: Hiroshi Tanahashi at 13:34.
